Jagan’s fate to be decided On Baahubali 2 Release

The fate of Andhra Pradesh opposition leader and YSR Congress Party chief, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will be decided by Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Court on 28th of April, in response to the petition filed by CBI team in March to cancel his bail. On the other hand, Jagan Reddy sought court’s permission to go on a 15-day vacation to New Zealand along with family members between 15th May-15th June.

The court is scheduled to roll out its judgment for both petitions on 28th of this month, which happens to be the most awaited Baahubali 2 release date. While everyone is looking forward to know why Kattappa killed baahubali, Jagan has to wait what judgement comes out. All the accused members in disproportionate assets case including Jagan Reddy, Vijay Sai Reddy, former cabinet minister Sabita Indra Reddy and IAS official Sri Lakshmi appeared in front of CBI judicial court on Friday.

CBI filed a petition with Principal Special Judge of CBI cases seeking cancellation of bail to Jagan Mohan for influencing the witnesses and breaking the bail rules. As per their petition, Jagan’s Sakshi channel had telecasted an interview with P Ramakanth Reddy, wherein the former Chief Secretary of AP commented against the prosecution.

Challenging the investigative agency’s cancellation request, Jagan Reddy also filed a counter-petition saying he has nothing to do with the functioning of Sakshi and that interview of former bureaucrat. After listening to the arguments of lawyers from both sides, the CBI court scheduled to pronounce its judgment on next Friday -i.e. 28th April.
