Pawan’s Report: YSRCP PASS – TDP FAIL!
Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan has once again unleashed a volley of tweets to express his opinion on the recent discussion on AP special status in Parliament. In the process, he appreciated the efforts of YCP MPs and criticized the TDP MPs for their inaction.
Pawan said that just like any other person belonging to AP, he too was hurt by the silence of TDP Union Minister Ashok Gajapathi Raju and the absence of TDP MPs when the discussion on AP Special Status came up in the Parliament recently. He reminded the MPs that they have no right to the mortgage the respect of AP people for their personal gains.
“I think TDP MPs have forgotten the insult of their MPs getting beaten by North MPs in the parliament during the state bifurcation. I too agree to show restraint and to be cautious with centre but when repeated injustice is being meted out to us then where is the need,” Pawan advised the TDP leaders.
The Jana Sena chief also appreciated the efforts of YCP MPs to achieve special status. He shared a Sakshi newspaper clipping highlighting YCP MP Vijaysai Reddy’s demand for AP special status in the Parliament as if it was a testimonial to corroborate his claim.
As Sakshi is YCP President YS Jagan owned media house, it is bound to highlight the opposition party leaders. Pawan’s act of making statements based on the publications of Sakshi is receiving flak from some netizens.
Pawan also thanked the TS MPs – K. Kesava Rao and Ananda Bhaskar for raising their voice in the Parliament in favor of special status to AP. He also questioned the Union govt. on whether they would divide Uttar Pradesh too conceding to the popular demand just like it did in the case of AP.
