The advent of social media sites has made many self-policing people on the internet who always give verdicts on others rather looking at their own self. And other day when Rajamouli posted a review of Nene Raju Nene Mantri on his twitter timeline, what followed the suite is the worst ever thing to see.
Some Twitterati went on commenting that Rajamouli heaps praise on his ‘caste’ heroes and they stated an example as well. They pointed out that he praised Rendu Rellu Aaru movie, Patel SIR movie and now Nene Raju Nene Mantri, but never appreciated Fidaa. In this way, some people came to a conclusion that Rajamouli is casteist in nature and abused him with vulgar replies. Frankly, the mouths that appreciated him as a super legend and universal director for his Baahubali or now attacking him with vulgar words.
For information, Rajamouli hailed Megastar Chiranjeevi after watching Khaidi No. 150 teaser. He praised Ram Charan’s acting in Dhruva. He absolutely loved Rajnikanth and Shankar’s 2.0 first look poster. He hailed PV Sindhu for her silver at Olympics. Heaped praises on Mohan Lal for Manamantha and Janata Garage. He admired hero Siddharth for his terrific helping work during Tamilnadu floods. He praised Sukumar for Nannaku Prematho. He praised Allu Arjun for reviving Rudramadevi project and in helping to get tax exemption. He praised Trisha’s look from Nayaki and this continues for more and more.
Going by this, we have to say that Rajamouli didn’t praise them all looking at their caste and these celebs are not from his caste. Even when it comes to Baahubali, the lead actor and the key character actors, the visual effects supervisors, the Hindi distributor, none are from his caste. How stupid and shameful on anyone to limit Rajamouli to a particular caste?
To finish off, the ones who have immense caste feeling generally accuse others of that. Probably Rajamouli’s casteist critics should know this.
