South Indian actors have been slowly expanding their markets because of which the makers are able to recover their investments even before the film’s release.
After the release of Baahubali: The Conclusion, Indian cinema has been focused on Tollywood and their actors. Many leading production houses have been bagging the dubbing and theatrical rights of the Telugu movies.
Earlier Mahesh Babu’s upcoming movie Spyder fetched massive price for the Hindi rights. Now his next movie Bharat Anu Nenu which started rolling recently too has been sold out and the Hindi rights of the film have been sold for Rs 16 crores which is huge record of sorts. Koratala Siva is directing the movie and the duo is teaming up for the second time after Srimanthudu.
Bharat Anu Nenu is said to be a political drama and Mahesh is playing a Chief Minister in the film which has been aimed for Sankranthi 2018 release. We have to wait and see if the duo scores a massive hit once again with Bharat Anu Nenu
