Chandrababu Moves Into New Bungalow In Hyd

AP CM Chandrababu Naidu has moved into his new house on Sunday after having a formal house-warming ceremony. The newly-built house is constructed in the place of the old house situated in Road No. 65, Jubilee Hills of Hyderabad. Naidu stayed in the house for 30 years before vacating and moving to a rented house in Road No 24, Jubilee Hills. It’s said that the house-warming ceremony was strictly family affair and he hasn’t invited even his closest in the party.
The area of the original building was 1,125 square yards. In addition to this, Naidu’s family has acquired another piece of land measuring 1,285 square yards adjacent to the original house. The new bungalow has been constructed in the total area of these two plots.

The reason for the expansion of his house is to accommodate visitors to his house after he became the CM in 2014 after 9 long years in Opposition. Also with the joining of new family member and grandson Nara Devansh, Naidu wanted to expand the house for family needs.

The newly-built house is said to be constructed on par excellence with international quality standards. The five-storeyed bungalow approximately measures over 20,000 sq ft. And it is completely Vastu compliant and was built under the personal supervision of his wife Bhuvaneswari who is successful in family business Heritage Foods. Bhuvaneswari is the Vice chairperson and MD of Heritage Foods.

Meanwhile, Naidu is going to join work on Monday. He is likely to fly to Delhi today after completing ‘Satyanarayana Vratham’ and other formalities connected with the house warming ceremony.
